they were stuck. As he was towing them, they hit another car. Brother stopped, disconnected rope and asked if his details were needed. They were not so he

fault, but now she wants to take him to court for 80%. Although it seems unlikely she even has a case, he is looking for any recommendations for a solicitor
who would be capable of handling such a case?

1. Riding in London, not speeding but it was wet

2. Tax pulls out of a left hand side road beyond the stop lines and comes to a halt too far out into the road

3. I brake sharply to avoid the taxi, front wheel locks and I come off

			<description><![CDATA[ I got a pull yesterday from a lovely traffic cuntstable on the grounds that my plate was too dirty. He also then decided it didn&#39;t have the necessary 1/4
border (it&#39;s about an 1/8th of an inch ffs...). I was instantly issued a £30 fine, not a rectification notice that I was expecting. Should I bother to
contest this or will I be getting myself into a world of shite?

says he&#39;s ok to go back to work, however his employer want to have a report from thier own doctor. While he is waiting for this report to arrive (could be
several weeks) is he entitled to his normal salary or does he have to stay on ssp?

Basically I was provided a hire bike after some **** wrote mine off while I wait for the inspectors. However upon returning home last night I found that some
little pikey has broken into my room from the garden, stolen my downhill mountain bike (£700) and taken my helmet, gloves and the keys to the Honda CBF 500 and
had that away. Now the insurance comapny wants to charge me £250 if it is not recovered, is this allowed?! Surely the fact that it was stolen at no fault of my

best and she signed a liabilty form which meant she was only covered third party (for an extra 10.00 she would be fully comp). Instead of starting her on a
scooter, they offered her a CG125 to try out in the yard. Well the obvious occurred she dumped the clutch the bike shot forward into a wall.

			<description><![CDATA[ Does anyone know the law regarding a restricted 33bhp bike? Dealers are telling me that they will fit a restrictor kit and provide a certificate for the
insurance. But this is going to be expensive. I can get a second hand kit and fit it myself, but then I won&#39;t have the certificate! Can I just get the bike
