My wife was driving on a car park , pulled out and there was a car coming , car broke no contact .

However have received a NIP careless or inconsiderate driving

At the begining of the year when we had all the snow he drove into the office in his Range Rover. On his way (about 9am) he stopped to give someone a tow as they were stuck. As he was towing them, they hit another car. Brother stopped, disconnected rope and asked if his details were needed. They were not so he left.

I'd love to hear from you if you've had anything like the accident I had recently, which I'll describe as briefly as possible:

1. Riding in London, not speeding but it was wet
2. Tax pulls out of a left hand side road beyond the stop lines and comes to a halt too far out into the road
3. I brake sharply to avoid the taxi, front wheel locks and I come off
4. No contact with the taxi is made and he buggers off
