My gearbox has always been noisy ,but now I have taken of the race can its becoming quite annoying . Anybody actually had one fail ? I once had a gearbox burst on an old Norton Commando "not an experience I would like to repeat". my chain is not tight so that is not a factor. usefull imput appreciated !

you start off at junction 3a with the signs showing 50mph within a quarter of a mile it is up to 60mph, then within the next quarter of a mile its down to 40mph, then back to 60mph, its randomly up and down anywhere from 60 to 40 just for a fucking laugh. Got a work and a private mobile, work one is on O2 so doesn't work at home except in a 1sq/m of space away from the zinc roof and only in one of the hospitals I work in. Chopped in my T-mobile at the end of the contract beacuse they kept finding things to charge me for that weren't in my standard minutes and signed up for an 24 month contract with bl**dy voda blasted phone. ITB did the same thing and we now have mobiles that cut off at the garden gate and connect randomly with no more...

Driving along a nice straight wide road today and the mobile rang. Being a good law abiding driver I pulled over to the left and put my hazards on.

Woman in a Jag drove right up behind me, sat there for a while, worked out that I was parked and then struggled to get round me as a queue had formed behind her???????????????????

I have just been treated to a lecture from a colleague about how much better inclusion is to a special school. Can't I see how much better it is for aspergers kids to be with normal kids? Being (cooped up) in a unit in a mainstream school is better than having the entire run of a special school with a peer group of other kids who also can't manage the mainstream environment.

If inclusion actually was inclusion rather than lip service and bolt ons, yes it f*cking might...

Short story long.

Insurance on cage due at the end of the month. Online quotes with other companies coming in at £330 upwards.
My renewal comes through at £410 so I call them to complain. BEfore doing that I do an on-line quote with the same company and it comes in at £280. FFS are they takign the piss with the renewal or what.
Having got through and confirmed all the details, they match it but hang on, they changed somethign to match my policy on the quote and it went...

Awaiting a parcel from Germany sent via DHL, which they have not managed to deliver so far. Well, it is only been two weeks...
So I thought I give them a call and find out what is going on. Turns out, that if you send a parcel with DHL from Germany, it does not mean that DHL in UK is actually delivering it. In other words, they did not know anything about it.

I ordered some tasty CRG levers from Faster by Design online, it did say to call to check availability but as it was Sunday they were closed so I put a message on the order asking them to advise if in stock and if not, when would they be. No response
2 weeks later I phoned them and the fella told me they would be in the following week-still no levers came.

Last year a ran sum pissed foreign guy over that walked out into the road in front of me, resulting in me being dragged down the road by my bike and not being able to walk for 7 weeks. Fair enuff i snapped his leg in half, but as he was pissed i thought fuk it he's not gonna be makin a claim against me, he didnt even speaka de english. But yes he has put in a claim against me and while thats going through all my no claims discount has been withheld.
