My job search is taking me further afield than I originally planned and I have been invited to interviews in Essex (76 miles) and Bristol (94 miles). Both
mostly motorway so probably an acceptable time on the road.

But it remains a bit heavy (someone said lardy) and lacking in the excitment stakes.

I find myself tempted to buy summat else for next years lunacy fix. Don&#39;t know what  , maybe a Gen 2 again ,or a Blade/K9/R1 for track days and early
spring mornings.

what can i say bought me another fazer 1000 yesterday, the red one in the for sale section, got it home yesterday picked up a new battery on the way home,
please note this bike has been standing for 18 months only left to tick over in frequently, don&#39;t even know when last started.

any way went out this morning with new battery put bike in top gear on main stand and gave rear wheel a spin to make sure every thing turns ok , put back into

I just bought myself an 02 Fazer thou - and what bike it is - very pleased. Only problem I have is the very heavy clutch. It is a real pain in traffic. Is the
heavy clutch normal for the Fazer Thou?

I&#39;ve had Fazer 600 and an FJR before the clutch felt like feather compare to that! I adjusted the lever so it is a bit closer to the bars and tried oiling
both ends but not much difference.

The bike has done about 34k miles.
