I'm glad they both won one each in the last two races as it will make for a spectacular showdown. Of course I'd love Rae to win the next two but
he's riding like he doesn't value his life at the moment - how he managed to stay on after hitting gravel at 130mph .......!
Maybe I want Nori to win as it might boost JT's pride a little.. but I dunno they both deserve to win it :-) |

I really hope Nori wins it -
1. because I still hate the way he had the title taken away from him in 2000, and 2. cos he always gives that little bit extra - like a whole lap in race 2 on Sunday

Spies will do nothing in Moto GP next year cos he's a front end weight-biased rider. All the top guys, and winners, are more neutral in their positioning on the bike. Mark my words ... Spies is a Moto GP loser !!! IMHO .... Baz

Spies is currently a bit heavy for a MotoGP rider but nothing that some training and diet changes can't alter. He rides the front hard on the R1 but
that's how the bike works best ... look at Camier on the same machine.
Spies is smart and I think he will learn and adapt quickly in MotoGP. Oh, and doesn't Edwards reckon the key to riding the M1 is to understand how to ride the front Bridgestone ... ?
I don't think he'll challenge the Fab Four next year but I'd like to him embarrass Edwards more than a few times. I used to like him but I'm getting fed up of his "I'm the best of the rest" attitude. That's nothing but sheer bloody complacency ... if you don't reckon you can ever challenge the top four, get the hell off the seat and let someone have a ride who still thinks they're good enough! Mike PS. Unless he DNFs for mechanical reasons, I reckon Haga will win it this year. |

Real shame for Nori, really wanted him to win that one.
Christ knows what's going on at Ducati, though - like Haydon said, with a teammate like Fabrizio, who needs enemies? Weren't all bad news, though - congrats to Cal and Gino, always great to see Brits winning championships. Roll on next season |
